SQUAD and JUNE

SQUAD organizes business enquiries into Cases. JUNE is the email assistant being developed to classify incoming enquiries, use approved workplace information and prepare replies for human review.

The intended Gmail workflow reads connected email, uses selected content with Google Cloud/Vertex AI and prepares a draft. Final sending requires recorded human approval. Gmail attachment files are not automatically downloaded; separately uploaded documents can support reviewed knowledge suggestions.

This is an invitation-only development pilot using synthetic content. Real customer and business data are not yet approved. Signing in does not connect a mailbox or send email.

SQUAD organisiert Anfragen in Cases. JUNE wird als E-Mail-Assistent entwickelt: Anfragen einordnen, freigegebene Arbeitsinformationen nutzen und Antwortentwürfe zur menschlichen Prüfung vorbereiten.

Der vorgesehene Gmail-Ablauf verarbeitet ausgewählte Inhalte mit Google Cloud/Vertex. Der abschließende Versand erfordert eine protokollierte menschliche Freigabe. Dies ist ein zugangsbeschränkter Entwicklungspilot mit synthetischen Inhalten; echte Kunden- und Geschäftsdaten sind noch nicht freigegeben.
